Just Checking wins Best Business Award

Just Checking wins Best Business Award 1 - Just CheckingJust Checking won a Birmingham Post Business Award at a glittering ceremony at Edgbaston Stadium last night, scooping best ‘Small Business.’ The awards recognise achievements in businesses across the West Midlands, especially those which demonstrate a commitment to growth.

In the last 18 months, Just Checking has created 11 new, high quality and sustainable jobs, including 3 training roles for under 25s. Projected growth will result in further new jobs and contribute to the West Midlands’ aspiration of being a leader in health technology, and Birmingham’s goal of being a world centre for life sciences.

David Ardron, General Manager, said “These awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate what’s great about business in the West Midlands. We’re delighted to be in a position to offer roles to just some of the many talented people in the area, and are committed to providing more in the coming months. It’s encouraging to see such a variety of successful local businesses during these challenging times.”
