Delivery

Free delivery next working day (if ordered before 12 noon). Goods are delivered by courier and will require someone to sign for them.

Cancellation rights and returns

Equipment purchase: Customers may cancel the order within 7 working days of delivery providing they have taken reasonable care of the equipment. A full refund will be made within 30 days.

Equipment rental: Customers may cancel the order within 7 working days of delivery providing they have taken reasonable care of the equipment. A full refund will be made within 30 days.

Web-service subscription: Customers may cancel the subscription order at any time. If the web-service is unused and cancelled during the first month, a full refund will be made within 30 days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product and to bear any return costs. We strongly recommend using a "signed for" service. We can organise collection, at the customer’s expense, if requested. Customers wishing to return a product should call 01564 741822 during working hours for a "customer returns number".
