If you wish to stop using the Just Checking system
The minimum rental period for the Just Checking system is 3 months. However, if there is a major change of circumstances such as the person with dementia moving to residential care, we will be sympathetic. Please ring or e-mail us and we will send you a postage paid package in which to return the system. On receipt of the equipment rental payments will cease. We appreciate that emergencies and major changes in circumstances can occur with our clients and we do not wish to add to the burden at a worrying time. If it is likely to be some time before you will be able to remove the equipment and return it, please let us know. We will accommodate reasonable requests to wait for its return.
When you have returned the Just Checking system we will check that all the components have been returned and refund your deposit. We may deduct the cost of any lost or damaged items.
